SHIPPING AND RETURNS
When placing an order, shipping costs will be added.
All orders placed on Daily Day are shipped via carrier and shipping costs differ depending on the destination:
- Mainland Portugal: 3.50€
- Azores and Madeira: 3.50€
- Mainland Spain: 7.00€
- Spanish Islands and Ceuta: 20.00€
- Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Sweden: 10.00€
- Rest of the Europe: 15.00€
- Rest of the World: 30.00€
Daily Day is open Monday to Friday, with the exception of local, national and international holidays. Delivery times differ depending on the destination:
- Portugal: 3 to 7 working days
- Europe: 5 to 12 working days
- Rest of the World: 10 to 20 working days
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Exchange or return of social face masks is not accepted, except if there are quality problems with the product, before use.
The request for exchange, refund or return of articles must be made within 14 days after the delivery date.
Items must be sent to our address in perfect condition, with the original receipt. Exchanges of products will only be accepted with the original labels and with the packaging intact. Daily Day does not accept exchanges for products whose label has been removed.
The responsibility for the returned item is yours until we receive it. Daily Day is not responsible for orders lost in the shipping process. We advise you to send the order with a shipping number so that it can be tracked.
The costs of shipping returned items are borne by the customer, as well as any customs duties or other additional fees. In the event of an exchange, Daily Day will not charge additional costs for shipping your new items.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
A return form will be sent with all your orders, so that you can proceed with your return. Please make sure you fill out the returns form when you return any item. If you have not received a form, you can request it.
When making the return, make sure that you have marked in your return request the information “returned items” in any form requested, as well as outside the box or envelope.
If you wish to return your order in part or in whole, we will refund the amount we received (excluding shipping costs).
The refund of the amount paid on returned items will be made as soon as possible to the credit/debit card used to pay for the items in question, within a maximum period of 30 days after the return of the item.
Please note that additional shipping costs, fees and/or taxes will not be refunded by us.
In the case of an exchange, Daily Day will not add additional charges for shipping new items. For European Community (EC) countries, VAT will be included in the refund.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability at www.dailyday.pt. In case of exchange, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can proceed with the reservation of the requested item/size.
We exchange products that are returned to us within 14 days after the date of receipt.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS DURING SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Returns of damaged/defective products will only be accepted if the products have been delivered to you as damage/defect.
Daily Day will take every precaution to check the product for any damage/defect before shipping it to you.
All items returned as defective items will be inspected on receipt. Articles that show signs of use will not be accepted as defective articles.
If you want the defective item to be replaced, please let us know when you make the exchange request, by contacting us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Exchange/return orders must be made within 14 days after the date of receipt of the product.
Damaged products will be exchanged for the same product, in the same size, in case of product availability.
In case the product is out of stock, you can choose to receive a credit note or the amount of your order for the same credit/debit card used to make the purchase.
Refunds for defective items will be processed as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 days after we receive the returned item.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF ITEMS IN SALE
All purchases of items on sale (products presented at a reduced price) are final. Exchanges, credit notes or returns will not be made in case of sales. The conditions of Exchanges and Returns will not be applied to these products.
